Current Situation
On February 24th, 2022, at 5 AM, the Russian Federation declared war on Ukraine. Without any justifiable or lawful cause, the Russian army started shelling Ukrainian cities and began invasion on the ground.
Despite the claims that no civilians will be harmed, many Ukrainians have been displaced, wounded, and murdered due to the Russian offensive.
Well-being of Our Team
Pics.io is a US-based company. However, many of our teammates are from Ukraine, Kharkiv specifically. As it borders Russia to the North, Kharkiv is an exceptionally dangerous city to be in right now. Most of our teammates have evacuated and are now in safety.
We’re still doing all in our power to provide A-grade service and customer support that you know and love. However, should there be any delays in communication, we hope for your understanding of this unprecedented situation.
Our Response
Due to these events, we have collectively decided to cease any business with our existing and potential customers from the Russian Federation. Until further notice, we will be blocking access to any of our services to people from Russia.
